My version of this quote is: "If you don't vote, you can't complain."
I make sure to vote, so as to earn the right to complain!
I guess the same thing with any other problem - how can you complain about it if you haven't done anything to fix it? And, that probably means we shouldn't waste time complaining about things we can't do anything about.
